I’m a creative director in the ad business right? So why do I obsess over learning new skills like UX design, 3D animation, AI prompt generation, how to whip out fifty banner variations with only four components in Figma, or trying to win the next short film competition with a $1,500 budget?
Because I don’t like being told; “that’s impossible”.
Or “That’s a great idea Braden, but we can’t do that because of X, Y, Z”. The more I know, the more I can solve problems and lead teams - and clients - to the right answers.
